If you have a purchase

  • Help with a theme you bought — use the seller contact on your Whop receipt. If you cannot find it, Whop’s help centre can route your request to the seller.
  • A problem with the payment itself — an unrecognised charge, a duplicate payment or a processing error — goes to Whop at support@whop.com, which handles payment-layer issues.
  • A refund — the rules and the statutory rights are on Refund.

Before anything is on sale

There is no checkout yet, so there is nothing to buy and no order to ask about. This page has no contact form, because a form here would have nowhere to send; and there is no waiting list, pre-order or reservation to join.

What to send, and what never to send

When a route exists, include your order reference and what went wrong. Never send card numbers, passwords, bank details or account recovery codes — no genuine support route should ask for them.

When email arrives

A future change will turn on email routing for hackerblue.dev. When it does, this page carries the support address, and the legal pages change in the same step.
