Refund

Refunds.

If a purchase goes wrong, this is who fixes what — and the consumer rights that stand behind it.

In short

Problems with the payment itself

A payment-layer problem is about the payment: an unrecognised charge, a duplicate payment, a processing error, or a currency conversion error. Those belong to Whop. Under Whop’s Buyer Terms, you contact Whop at support@whop.com, and where a payment-layer issue is confirmed, Whop reverses it to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days.

Problems with the theme

If a theme is broken, is not what its page described, does not arrive, or will not work for you, that is a product problem, and it belongs to Hacker Blue. Delivery is digital — the licensed files are downloaded and installed through the HackerBlue CLI — and a theme that never arrives is a delivery problem, not a payment one. Under Whop’s Seller Terms, refund decisions for product issues are the seller’s, and Whop processes the reversal when the seller instructs it.

We will not keep money for a theme we did not deliver, or for one that does not work as described. If a refund is the right answer, we approve it and Whop returns the payment to your original method, typically within 3–5 business days. To ask, use the seller contact on your Whop receipt; Whop’s help centre can route you to the seller if the receipt is not to hand.

A refund ends the licence it paid for: future downloads, updates and new device activations for that purchase stop. It does not delete anything already installed on your machine — Hacker Blue does not reach into your computer, and an installed copy keeps working offline.

EU, EEA and UK consumers — 14 days

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days of completing it, and to a full refund. That right comes from consumer law and is also set out in Whop’s Buyer Terms.

For digital content delivered immediately, the right can be lost only if, at the time of purchase, you expressly agreed that delivery would begin immediately and acknowledged that you would lose the withdrawal right. If the checkout did not ask for that acknowledgement, your 14-day right stands even though you have already downloaded or used the theme.

To exercise it, contact Whop or the seller; Whop’s help centre can route a request to the seller. The routes that exist today are on Contact.

Your card issuer

Nothing on this page limits any right you have to dispute a charge with your card issuer or bank. Whop’s Buyer Terms say the same for card-issuer chargeback rights, and this site does not contradict them.

No “all sales final”

This site publishes no “all sales final” rule, because a rule like that cannot take away a statutory right. Any wording about refunds on this site or on a checkout sits underneath the law that applies to you.
