Terms of sale.

These terms cover a purchase of Hacker Blue theme files. The purchase runs on Whop, so Whop’s own terms also apply to Whop’s part of the transaction: its Seller Terms, Buyer Terms and Terms of Service.

Hacker Blue is the supplier of the theme files. We describe the product, set the licence, deliver the files, handle product support and decide refunds for product issues.

Whop provides the checkout and payment processing, and is the sign-in provider for a Hacker Blue account. Under Whop’s own terms, it acts as merchant of record for card-network rules and payment settlement only; it is not the seller of the theme. Whop is what appears on your card statement as the payment processor, and Hacker Blue is identified to you as the supplier on the receipt and at checkout.

Nothing on this site contradicts Whop’s terms. Where they speak about the payment itself, they govern.

A Hacker Blue theme is a set of digital theme files for the application named on that theme’s page — an Obsidian theme, a kitty terminal theme, and so on. Installing it changes that application’s appearance. What a theme changes, and how it looks, varies with the application, its version, your operating system and your own settings.

Hacker Blue sells two one-time products. HackerBlue for Obsidian covers the Obsidian theme. HackerBlue Complete covers every Hacker Blue theme included in Complete — the Obsidian theme today, and the themes added to Complete later. A purchase is a single payment: there is no subscription, nothing renews, and nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy another product.

Updates are included. When Hacker Blue publishes an update for a theme your licence covers, you can download and install it under the same licence at no extra charge. A version change never asks a licensed customer to pay again. This is not a promise of future releases or of a release schedule.

Your licence starts when the purchase completes and stays active unless the purchase is refunded or reversed, or the licence is suspended or revoked. The checkout states the access period, what is delivered and how, and the licence that comes with it.

A purchase is tied to a Hacker Blue account, and a Hacker Blue account signs in through Whop — there is no separate Hacker Blue password. The account pages show the licences you own and the devices you have activated, and License sets out what the licence lets you do.

A licence covers up to three active devices at a time, and you can deactivate a device from your account. Delivery is digital: the HackerBlue CLI downloads and installs the theme on an authorised device, and the protected files are never served from a public URL.

The price, currency, taxes and any applicable fees are shown on the Whop checkout before you pay. Whop charges your payment method through its payment partners. This site never asks for card details and never stores them.

Delivery is digital. Once payment is confirmed, the theme files are delivered to your licensed Hacker Blue account and installed through the HackerBlue CLI, as described on the checkout. Refunds, payment-layer reversals and statutory withdrawal rights are set out on Refund. Nothing in these terms removes a right the law gives you.

These terms are dated 21 September 2026. Hacker Blue may change them for future purchases; a purchase is governed by the version published when you buy.
