The theme
HackerBlue for JetBrains is a theme plugin: a dark interface theme and a matching editor colour scheme. It covers the windows, panels, tabs, trees, menus and fields, and in the editor the code, the gutter, diffs, search results, warnings and the console; keywords, strings, functions and comments each get their own steel blue or cyan, and body text is kept at WCAG AA contrast or better.
It is a dark theme, and it is a plugin file with no code in it and no network use. It was made and tested with IntelliJ IDEA 2025.3; the other JetBrains IDEs share the same theme system, but only IntelliJ IDEA has been run with it.
