Install the Windows Terminal theme
Terminal hackerblue install windows-terminalIn Windows Terminal, open Settings → Profiles → Defaults → Appearance and choose Hacker Blue as the colour scheme; it only lets you apply a scheme there, so the command cannot switch it for you.
A hacker-blue.json of your own is never overwritten.
Updates come with your licence: hackerblue update windows-terminal when a newer version is out. hackerblue uninstall windows-terminal removes it and restores your previous theme selection, keeping your later settings edits. Every command, and the rest of the guide: the install guide.

The same view twice. The switch changes only the theme.

Preview, not a screenshot: Windows Terminal is a Windows app and cannot run on this Linux server. Drawn from the released colour scheme and Campbell, Windows Terminal's default.
Windows Terminal belongs to its owner; Hacker Blue is not affiliated with or endorsed by it.
The theme
HackerBlue for Windows Terminal adds a colour scheme called Hacker Blue to Windows Terminal. It sets the background, text, cursor and selection, and all sixteen colours that commands, prompts and tools use for their output; so git, ls, test runners and your prompt all read in the same steel blue and cyan, in every profile you point it at.
Body text keeps at least 4.5:1 contrast against the terminal background. What it does not change: fonts, background images, window opacity and the tab bar, which you keep choosing yourself in Windows Terminal. It is a dark scheme. It was checked against Windows Terminal's published settings schema and its fragment-extension rules; it was not run in Windows Terminal, and the picture below is a preview, not a screenshot of it.
